If you’re short on time and need to get your workout in early before the day has barely begun then we have your back. Each class will ensure you get a balanced workout as we combine weight training with cardio alternating bursts of intense anaerobic exercise and structured recovery periods keeping your heart-rate elevated throughout the session. You’ll burn more calories and increase your lean body mass.
